Quality Control Assurance

South Bend Form Tool’s quality control assurance department has multiple qualified and experienced personnel who maintain their high level of verifying or determining whether products or services meet or exceed their customer expectations.

Our planning stages for example could include investigation into the quality of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process, the actual assembly, or the inspection processes used.

We demand a degree of detail in order to be fully implemented at every step. The Checking steps include customer feedback, surveys, and/or other marketing vehicles to determine if customer needs are being exceeded and why they are or are not.

Our quality control assurance personnel are skilled in using precision pins, dial bore gages through 6" capacity, thread plugs, ring gages, optical comparators and the other equipment listed.
