South Bend Form Tool's Design and Engineering Department has over 23 years experience in tool and fixture design to support the aerospace industry, along with designing gages, tools, test equipment, assembly and test tooling, overhaul and repair fixtures, in addition to our working knowledge of both Military and Federal specification and “GD&T” geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standards and practices.

Our full service capabilities ensure the shortest delivery schedule possible.

We have the ability to receive and work with AutoCAD and SurfCam drawings, and are fully capable of receiving other source software’s such as Catia and converting them over to DWG or DXF files to be used on the production floor.

This process of file conversion allows their machine operators to program any of their CNC machining centers to produce the most elaborate parts in the shortest possible time.
